Shipping & Return Policy
US Domestic Shipping
Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Damage due to Freight or Shipping.
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery. Please email our Client Services Department at pause@wellnesskava.com. When you contact us, please provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include your order number and a full description of the damages to the product.
Returns
We want you to love your WellnessKava purchase. If you are not totally satisfied, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. No need to return the product back to us.
To begin the return process please send an email pause@wellnesskava.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you wish to make a return after 30 days of purchase date, you will receive store credit.
If you would like to send the product back to us, you will need to pay for shipping. We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please Note: only items purchased on www.wellnesskava.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased your WellnessKava product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.
Exchanges.
If you would like to initiate an exchange, please follow our return policy above, and place a new order. If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the product at no additional cost.
Refunds.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds.
If you haven't received your refund after 5-10 business days we recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at pause@wellnesskava.com
